Diversity Training
WWG applies a comprehensive approach to helping organizations understand
the historical, cultural, psychological, and social implications of
individuals from different identity groups. The term diversity has a
multitude of interpretations. Our definition of diversity is a mix of
people within a given organizational environment who may have distinctly
different socially relevant group affiliations. This may include, but
is not limited to physical ability, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity,
and gender groups. WWG can help clients manage diversity by helping
leadership to recognize and emphasize the impact of culture differences
between groups on employees emphasizing the economic reasons for having
and managing diversity and recognizing that managing diversity is a
competency that can enhance leadership and communication ability.
