Organizational Survey
WWG Research and Consulting Group utilizes a wide array of survey instrumentation to meet the needs of its clients. We determine which surveys will be most appropriate and empirically sound by considering the purpose the data will serve as well as the characteristics of the target population. These instruments may include, but are not limited to employee and job satisfaction measures; peer, subordinate, and managerial evaluation measures; and specialized instruments such as those designed to assess organizational conflict and stress levels. The survey instrumentation that we employ is often supplemented with client-tailored focus group and individual interview protocols to yield a mixed method data collection process. This mixed method approach allows the client to gain insight into the nuances of organizational processes while at the same time having the benefit of a standardized quantitative assessment.
