Implementation

At WWG the Implementation Stage of the project does not simply focus on the collection of data. We identify and gather multiple points of view. Rather than the standard, passive research instruments or training models used by most consulting firms, we tailor research and intervention programs to provide immediate and realizable recommendations. During a project, we prefer to be in frequent contact with our clients, delivering in-process learning and hypotheses. We do not wait for the conclusion of research. This approach provides our clients with here-and-now information that they can use to frame strategic decisions. We maintain contact with the client through periodic meetings, research summaries, and analytic memos.
