Each WWG engagement begins with the Discovery Stage. Discovery starts with our initial conversations with the client and evolves into theory development and planning of the engagement. Put simply, every engagement begins by asking three questions:

• Who is the client?

• What is the challenge?

• How can we create value?

The professional staff of WWG is a deliberately eclectic group of innovative thinkers with advanced research skills and backgrounds in a number of areas. Applying a team process from the beginning, we leverage our unique perspectives during the discovery phase to develop a tacit and implicit understanding of facts from the client, relevant stakeholders, internal research documents, nuances from the industry, national experts and relevant literature sources. By listening to our clients and selectively using both qualitative and quantitative analytic tools, we create a picture of the organization and establish a backdrop for developing working hypotheses, conceptual models, and theories that will allow us to create understanding and improvement.
