Analyses

Our Analyses Stage flows from our theory and planning stages and applies various analytic tools to answer major research questions that guided the project as well as any nuances or points of interest that may have emerged during project implementation. Initial results may be presented to the client during the implementation phase to provide real-time data that may influence their operations or strategic decision-making.

Generally following site visits we conduct debriefing sessions with the research team that conducted the data collection. WWGÕs directors, who may not have led these sessions, debrief these groups. These meta-groups allow us to construct and de-construct the cultural dynamic. This bi-level approach provides us with researchers who can not only become "the mind of the respondent" but also reconceptualize the overall context by purposefully remaining "outsiders" who can separate context from content, deep structure from surface.

Because of this dual dynamic -- the psychological closeness and the anthropological perspective -- we are able to successfully offer insights and implementable strategies. WWGÕs inside-outside research approach helps clients understand key constituencies and their businesses in new ways.
