The Williams
Wade Golden Research and Consulting Group follows a process that distinguishes
it from other firms. We believe that successful assistance to any
organization Ð-whether a corporation, a non-profit organization, or
a university---is as much about content knowledge as it about possessing
the skills and analytic lens to tackle the project. At WWG, we add
value by following a six-stage model. These stages are outlined in
Table #1 and include: (1) Discovery,
(2) Theory Building, (3) Planning,
(4) Implementation, (5) Analyses,
(6) Deliverables and (7) Closure.
